At CORTIZO, we recognize the distinctiveness of each architectural project. Our Architecture and Engineering departments have dedicated teams focused on custom projects to support artistic freedom.
Precision
The CORTIZO Technology Centre is dedicated to research, innovation, and testing for the building industry across 30 countries. With a vast area of over 3,175m², it features a cutting-edge testing laboratory with 8 test banks to certify specifications for 50 CORTIZO systems.

Exploration and Testing
Secco-Lab, a key division at the company, manages support, training, prototype building, testing, and system certification in partnership with the IFT institute of Rosenheim. It is central for developing the product identity and creative initiatives.
